Second Blogoversary and My 25th year on Earth!!

I created this blog on the eve of my birthday.. I still remember completing my first post and I received my first wish call from my Friend/Classmate Murugesh. The blog has been my friend, companion, lover,guide and everything I loved sometimes..

Pouring my heart out, my anger, my love, my happiness, my sorrow, my perception, my life. It was always about me. My space with which I lived. I made lots of new friends, old friends became closer who dint even know I could write, Some friends left. Some came back.. This blog has seen many of those.. Unspoken words, silent whispers, murmurs.. everything. I stopped by every time to see what the world around me thinks. I grew up and still have a lot more growing to do. I wish and tell my blog that always be with me no matter who leaves or stay.

People don't know you, for what good you have done, but for what mistake that happens in the past. All I can say is that I have moved on.. I don't take what you think or not think about me. After all, nobody is perfect.

Life around me says I am selfish... then I ask again, who isn't it?? Being here and Living at the moment is what  I do. Doing this or that, good or bad, whatever... I am doing it with all my heart and I dont regret my past!! Accept all mistakes and learn from it. Let me be me. So Life is beautiful as I see it.

The New Find

Being always pensive welcomes melancholy.

This is the culprit of our life’s anomaly.

In busy life, its dwelling is dormant.

Inactivity makes boredom go rampant.

Do something of interest to you.

Or, inculcate liking in whatever you do!

Keep your search on till you find one.

It is extremely rare that you find none?!

Be it whatever, let not lethargy engulf.

Just eat and belch make life miserably tough.

Enthusiasm and eagerness must be kept alive.

These keep the charm of living from going to archive!

Come on and gear up to start afresh and new!

The startling new ‘find’ may belong to only "you"!!!

My first blogoversary

 

Hi everyone… I know its been long since I’ve frequented my blog but I still read all your posts!!! :P Today is a special day I share with something I genuinely fell in love with… My blog. This guy(My blog) is a very special space for me with which all my emotions and feelings are dealt with. I still don’t believe its been a year since I started it. I’ve started writing stuff regularly only by January this year. I have engrossed so much in this guy that I even forget to eat sometimes. My mom keeps asking me what I write so much on the computer even on holidays because she knows that I don’t study. I don’t remember why I choose this blog address. http://attitudethatneverfails.blogspot.com but something that time told me that I was going to hang on to this for the rest of my life.( i hope so). 

I’ve changed my blog template about 10 times this one year and I will still keep changing it. Not for sometime now. I love this template!! I’ve learned a lot. I’ve made quite a few friends in this virtual reality. I love interacting with them. It keeps  me happy. My blogger friend, this guy, my love, has shared various phases with  me. It kind of makes me feel that I belong in this blogger world. People from all over the world have read my posts. This blog has seen my success, love, failure, life, friendship, separation, marriages and divorces too.. May be that's why I named it, Attitudethatneverfails  and given the title as “Take life as it comes”. Thats how I am and I reflect it in my posts. This blog actually helps me a lot because once I write my emotions, it makes me feel comfortable. I forget about it. Its like as though I’ve told a good friend about your feelings and it makes you feel kind of relaxed. That is what I get from writing a blog.

I take this opportunity to thank a no of people who frequent my blog everyday. I thank Raji, Bharathi, Shruthi, Shankar, Sreya, Satish, Vipul, Madhu, Ash, Kajal, Sid, KaKa,Soin, Hary, Miss nobody, Nikhil, Anand and the whole bunch of Blog-a-tonics who visit my blog and care to comment on my posts... Its my dream come true to write something and get a recognition for it. Thanks to all those guys who have given me awards and appreciated me a lot. I’ve not only received awards here but also in my MBA class presentation where I got the highest mark for talking about my passion and only hobby.. blogging. Even my faculty know that I’ve a very passionate blogger. This has taken me to a higher level and also given me a lot of confidence too know myself more. Thank you blogger too!!!

If I were a baby again

I was completely out of ideas when it comes to thinking about this topic. I mean what can be done. So then I decided and asked my mom. She said, “ how will remember what you did as a baby?” Then I said, “ Chumma, think amma, Try to visualize what you would to do as a baby" Then it struck me, why not ask various people about what they would do if they were a baby again. So here goes my post on what the people around me would do if they were a baby again:

My mom, “ I would want to be with my grandpa, whom i loved so much but only lived for a short time after I was born. So I miss him and his memories. I want to live with him again.”

My dad, “ hmmmmmm, Raji don’t you have exams tomorrow ? Why aren’t you studying? Don’t disturb me.( after I insisted) Well, I would want to cuddle my mother and cry to her to get the attention which I miss so much now.”( my grandmother passed away recently)

My perverted friend, Arun, “ Dai machan, you know what, I would drink milk from all the women. ( I gave him a nicely for that kinda answer)

My Sweet Sister, “ I really don’t know raji. Amma, what did I do as a baby? “ My mom starts off with all the baby talks she did while my sister was a baby. So then later after an hour, She said, “ You know what I would want to do if I become a baby again, I would want to do exactly the same stuff I did but this time I want it all to be video taped so that I could see it all the time in the future.

My dreamy friend, Vinoth, “Raji, unaku vera vellayae illa ya?( Don’t you have any other work?) but if I were a baby again, I would like to learn ABC and 123 as soon as possible and become a doctor at the age of 10.”( ya rite.. he really wanted to be one. but I never thought he could want to do this at that young age.)

My new friend, Jyo,” Raji, i would want to walk with you hand in hand at that young age, so that we would be friends forever.” (She touched my heart, Thanks Jyo)

Him,” Raji, i want to be born to you. I want to live as your son so that I would receive all that love which I get now as a FRIEND, as your son. I’m sure to get more then..” :(

My kutti cousin Pooja(5 yrs old), “ Akka, How do we get babies?” I was puzzled. I said, “ Ask your mother.” She ran away, kept pestering her for an answer. Then she came back to me and said, “ I don’t want to be a baby again. I want to grow up like you and have a laptop!!” ( what can i say? I’m a borne influencer!!!)

Last but not that least, Me, “ I wouldn’t want to do anything I do as a adult. I would do everything that a baby would do : Smile, cry, eat and sleep and also smile while I’m sleeping. I’ve always wondered why these babies smile while they are sleeping!!! My mom says that they talk to GOD while they are at sleep. See now, that's what I would want to do. Talk to the Almighty ask him to play with me.

PS: This is a simple post. It might not be funny or romantic or whatever you want to call it, but I felt that this post is full of emotions because few people were almost in tears when they told me what I’ve written like my dad, vinoth and Jyo. It might be nothing for us but it means something to all of them. I hope you like it…

Evolution of Marketing-----Marketing class continues...

 I think Marketing lesson are very useful for both the consumers and as well as the sellers or producers. It will make both the parties understand each others mind i.e. Consumers can understand what products are produced, for what purpose and how it can be useful for them or  also get the bad side by seeing whether it does have a use or are they just to induce people to buy it.

Producers or the marketers who market their products should also understand the needs of the consumers and try to satisfy it accordingly. They should understand that people buy things for a purpose and not because they like the product. For eg : The sole purpose of Pespi or Coca Cola's existence is : To Quench Thirst which can also be done by water or lemon juice but how you make them change their views about what to drink. So accordingly, they have to understand this to penetrate into the minds of the consumers and which will also help them succeed.

So here I'm to tell you all that I know about marketing from both the point of view or just a common view:
To understand marketing, we have to know how it evolved, lets understand that.


Evolution of Marketing Concepts:
1. Production Concept:
          This happened in the world after the industrial revolution, wherein goods were just produced and they were just induced the customers to buy without any purpose.

2. Product Concept:
           This was when all the industries started facing a challenge called as competition wherein they had to compete against each other for survival. So thats when they at least tried to bring about the needs of the customers.
3. Selling Concept:
           It is said that this was when people started dreading the salesmen and marketers who tried to give products because they had too much competition. They were treated as fraud and cheaters because all they did was sell whether it was needed or not.
4. Marketing Concept:
          Somewhere after the selling concept, they realized that it was never gonna work unless they try to satisfy the customers(finally). So they tried to identify the needs of their customers and developed a product accordingly.
5. Customer Concept:
         This is when the first phase of customization took place wherein the customers were treated as kings and they also identified that every potential customer had a different need to be satisfied with the same product.
6. Societal Marketing Concept:
          This phase if when all that Go Green and other Eco- Friendly products were produced as they realized the ill effects of global warming and other harm to the environment. This was just a recent development as we all know.
7. Holistic Marketing Concept:
          This is like the concept of saying that the whole company has to work upon just one factor: Satisfy the customer's need. Be it the Finance or HR or Admin or any other department which had to follow this thumb rule. ' The customer is king.' 
8. Strategic Marketing Concept:
           This is the latest one, which has been added lately. At this stage, it is said the whole world has become an experience economy. For eg: When we buy a phone, we want to touch, feel and use it before it sinks into our minds that this what we need. Why this has evolved over this time is because, we have so much information available so the customers know more than what we as marketers know.

Likewise, these concepts can get an addition any day because the time keeps changing so does markets.

Changed to wordpress...

Hi friends, I've changed my platform from blogger to word press. I wanted to just change my template and make it simple but then i wanted to do more to the my blog so i changed my platform just @ the last time yesterday night. I do things at the spur of the minute like creating a blog or everything. Nothing is planned for me. I have people to plan my next move but for me it just happens like that. So here is the change from Blogger to Wordpress. So I hope you will enjoy my new experiences from using this platform as well. Please do change the change guys. And Also support me as you always do. Loved it here and still will be writing in here too... Until the next post in my Wordpress account.

My 101th blog post!!!

My blog has come a far way... Everybody wants to talk about their 100th post but I wanted to talk about what is going to happen in the future. My blog is just 5 months old and i already reached 101 posts... Its great or what???

It was my Marketing sir, Satheesh Krishnamurthy, was one of the first blogs I read in my life... I can also say he was my influence to the world of blogging. My friend and classmate Ram is a blogger himself. He helped me out in every aspect of blogging. Till date, if I have any doubt, I call up Ram. Sweet chap.. Then came Raji who is a motivator for me and I really love her blog and the things she write about. She is now a good friend too.. Then came a lot of other people like Muthu, Anand and then Nikhil who have added me recently to their life.... I thank all these people for being so wonderful. I love it here and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. I never go back to sleep without reading the updates on my blog roll. So keep writing and I love reading as I gain a lot of knowledge thru you guys too... Lovely being with you people.. Most of all thanks you guys!!! :) :)

My first post.....

hi guys!!

just for the world to know me. I'm raji. The girl who smiles forever. I really dono whats with the smiling attitude really. I wanna dedicate this blog to all the people around me(friends or foe). Well i wanted to write a blog for a long time(maybe since my UG), but you know me lazy goose! I had to type, but I would love to do this. so as i was saying what do we write in a blog? anything that comes to your mind?? or something you wanna share with the rest of the world?? whatever it is..... JUST SPEAK YOUR HEART OUT. life is busy these days!!! guess why?? I am studying!!!!???? LOL. You know what i mean. Don't ya? hey don't ask me what i'm doing... i'm doing the three letter course which is sooooooooo famous these days.. anyways back to where i started( again).... (What am I doing here anyways).... I've got exams.... i really need to work on this...(he he he )... gotta go.. see you guys around... whatever.. just open up pple... i want to know what you all think...
